Cards Go Deep Lead Tigers 7-1 in Series

Scott Rolen and Albert Pujols homered off Justin Verlander and the St. Louis Cardinals rallied for a 7-1 lead over the Detroit Tigers after six innings in the World Series opener on Saturday night.
