Diplomat Cites U.S. 'Stupidity' in Iraq

A senior U.S. diplomat said the United States had shown 'arrogance' and 'stupidity' in Iraq but was now ready to talk with any group except Al-Qaida in Iraq to facilitate national reconciliation.
